    Does my phone work with an eSIM?

    Most iPhones from the XS onwards and recent Android phones from Samsung, Google and other brands support eSIM. Your phone must be unlocked. Not sure? Look in your settings for "Add eSIM".

    When do I install the eSIM?

    Preferably at home, before you leave, over Wi-Fi. Only switch the eSIM on for mobile data when you arrive.

    Can I call and text?

    No, this is a data-only eSIM. Calling via WhatsApp, FaceTime and other apps works. Your own SIM stays active for regular calls and texts.

    Can I share my internet via a hotspot?

    Yes, hotspot is allowed on all bundles.

    What happens when I cross a border?

    Nothing special: the eSIM switches to a network in the new country by itself. You don't need to change anything.

    What if my data runs out?

    We email you at 50%, 80% and 95%. Add data in a few taps from the link in your email; it goes onto the same eSIM, no new installation.
